About the Role

We're hiring an Account Executive – MENA (Remote) to join our dynamic sales team at Remote. This role is crucial for driving net new business and helping prospective customers fully experience our Global HR Platform. As an Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responding to incoming queries and guiding customers on how to maximize Remote's full suite of products to meet their employment needs.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business opportunities as an Account Executive, focusing on the MENA region.
  • Engage in cold calling and networking to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities, ensuring accurate close dates and detailed notes.
  • Collaborate internally with key departments to support client processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Close sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process with transparency and integrity.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Identify new opportunities and design solutions to meet the unique needs of small and mid-sized business customers.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools effectively to track interactions and sales progress.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew or Arabic.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing multiple key decision-makers.
  • Ability to build trust with clients and work as an advisor.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while being an active team member.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
