2D Artist for AAA Game Titles - Remote

About the Role

Liquid Development is seeking talented 2D Artists for AAA Game Titles to join our remote team. As a 2D Artist, you will contribute to the creation of visually stunning game art that enhances player experience. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about pushing the boundaries of game design.

What You'll Do

• Produce high-quality concept art for video games, focusing on hard surface, weapon, and sci-fi concepts.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of artists and developers to create engaging visuals that align with project goals.
• Utilize tools such as Maya, Blender, or 3DS Max to create and refine art assets.
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of visual shape language and design principles in your artwork.
• Engage in the game production pipeline, ensuring timely delivery of assets.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing proficiency in concept art for video games (must submit to be considered).
• Experience with hard surface, weapon, and sci-fi concepts demonstrated in your portfolio.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and digital illustration skills, including background painting and high fantasy character art.
• Self-driven with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with game production pipelines.
• Familiarity with additional art tools and software.
• Previous work on AAA titles is a plus.
