About the Role

We are looking for Wok Chefs to join our busy Pho restaurant in London. As a Wok Chef, you will be an essential part of our team, preparing delicious Vietnamese dishes that keep our customers coming back for more. What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes, including freshly handmade Spring & Summer rolls, homemade pork & lemongrass meatballs, and wok-fried noodles.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Assist in menu planning and development, contributing your ideas for new dishes.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your culinary skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn.
• A passion for Vietnamese cuisine and a desire to create delicious dishes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to Have

• Experience with wok cooking or Asian cuisine.
• Food safety certification.
• Creative flair for presentation and plating of dishes.
