Dataiku Expert - Remote Position in Energy Sector

About the Role

We are seeking a Dataiku Expert to join our dynamic team in the energy sector. This Dataiku Expert remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major international energy organization committed to a carbon-neutral future. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for rebuilding existing functionalities used by Finance and Regulatory Reporting teams, leveraging Dataiku and Databricks on an AWS platform.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain complex data transformation workflows in Dataiku, adhering to established guidelines.
• Utilize Databricks compute capabilities to optimize processing performance and cost.
• Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Deliver knowledge transfer to both the project and business teams for future operations.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Dataiku for complex data transformations and ELT processes, including Visual Recipes and plug-in development.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehousing projects; familiarity with Python or similar languages is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SQL/SAS and data warehousing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Dataiku (Dataiku Developer certification preferred).
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Databricks, including compute optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
