Account Manager - Agricultural Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team at Kramp. This Account Manager remote position allows you to build strong customer relationships and make a significant impact in the agricultural sector. You will be the main point of contact for our clients in Limburg and Brabant, working independently to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the agricultural sector.
• Proactively approach new clients and expand our customer base.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support and product specialists, to deliver effective solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand their challenges and provide valuable insights.
• Work closely with the Field Sales Team to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, commercial, or agricultural field.
• Proven experience in solution and concept sales.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership principles and how to communicate them effectively.
• A data-driven and digital mindset with a positive attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the agricultural industry.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
