Senior Labor Law Attorney - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Labor Law Attorney to join our team at Bel Group, a major player in the food industry. This remote position will allow you to contribute to our mission of creating responsible food production and sharing practices. As a Senior Labor Law Attorney, you will act as a key partner to HR teams and managers, ensuring effective social dialogue and legal compliance.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, secure, and support employee representative bodies such as CSE and collective negotiations.
• Negotiate and implement company agreements in a multi-establishment context.
• Contribute to the strategy of social relations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide legal advice on sensitive individual situations in collaboration with HRBP.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote a clear understanding of social law within the organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Labor Law.
• At least 6 years of experience in labor law, preferably in complex multi-establishment environments.
• Experience with transformation projects, restructuring, or M&A operations is highly desirable.
• Strong English language skills, with a willingness to engage in an international environment.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
