Warfighter Research & Systems Analyst - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Warfighter Research & Systems Analyst to join our innovative team at Anduril Industries. This remote position is ideal for individuals with a background in Operations Research, Systems Analysis, or data science, who are passionate about transforming military capabilities through advanced technology. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to enhance our Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) tools, contributing to the development of cutting-edge military systems.

What You'll Do

• Conduct joint and combined tactical analysis, employing operations research and wargaming methodologies.
• Utilize high-end models and simulations, including Anduril’s Lattice Mission Simulation and AFSIM, to perform detailed studies.
• Design, execute, and analyze tactical-level wargames to evaluate autonomous system capabilities.
• Create and drive simulated entities during live play to ensure realistic wargame execution.
• Collaborate with engineering and business development teams to demonstrate Anduril's capabilities through rigorous data-driven analysis.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting.
• Experience with DoD M&S tools such as AFSIM, Brawler, and ESAMS.
• Ability to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information effectively.

Nice to Have

• Operational military background with experience in red force tactics and modeling.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience with AFSIM plug-in development or advanced M&S framework customization.
