Marketing Operations Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Chiesi USA. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support our Global Rare Diseases (GRD) portfolio. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts and ensuring the smooth execution of various initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Provide commercial support services across the entire GRD portfolio, including processing Regional Congresses and Sponsorships independently.
• Assist the Marketing Operations Manager with National Conferences and Sponsorships, HCP and Patient Speaker Programs.
• Manage all credit card payments and processing invoices for national conference booths and sponsorships.
• Support literature ordering and shipments to and from conferences.
• Act as the primary marketing representative for Dikesi, ensuring timely and organized contract uploads.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and commercial operations team across all brands as needed.
• Utilize your analytical skills to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met while supporting logistical details for speaker and patient programs.

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. in business management, communications, marketing, or related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years in a supportive role in marketing, marketing operations, event management, or administration, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Strong background in project management and customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interface with all business groups at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with keen attention to detail.
