What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and other advertising platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve key metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape.
• Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in user acquisition or digital marketing, preferably in the health or wellness sector.
• Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and X.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with app marketing and user engagement strategies.
