About the Role

We are seeking a passionate UX/UI Designer - Level 2 (Remote) to join our team at Themesoft Inc. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the EdTech sector, focusing on user-centered design for K–12 curriculum experiences. You will collaborate with various teams to create engaging and effective learning solutions.

What You'll Do

• Utilize your expertise in UX/UI design to develop web and mobile solutions that enhance user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research and apply insights to inform design decisions, ensuring accessibility and usability.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma and Axure.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine solutions.
• Champion human-centered design methodologies across the organization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
• Work within Agile sprint teams to deliver high-quality design deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, and Penpot.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationales effectively.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating with diverse teams.
• Ability to translate user needs into innovative design solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the EdTech industry or similar sectors.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and analytics.
• Knowledge of design systems and pattern libraries.
