Turndown Attendant - Evening Service at The Little Nell
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Turndown Attendant - Remote to join our team at The Little Nell. This position is crucial for providing evening turndown service, ensuring that our guests enjoy a welcoming and restful environment. As a Turndown Attendant, you will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience through meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful room presentation.
What You'll Do
- Provide turndown service for up to 15 guest residences per shift.
- Tidy rooms and refresh presentation following established brand standards.
- Perform full turndown service when requested and return if privacy signs are removed.
- Turn down beds, place message cards, and amenities on pillows.
- Adjust lighting and play music via television to enhance room ambiance.
- Ensure the TV remote is placed on the nightstand and turn off alarm clocks.
- Secure balcony doors and close window drapes.
- Refresh bathrooms, replace towels and mats, and restock amenities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks during evening shifts.
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

- Ability to write and read basic Spanish.
