About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Trainer (m/f/d) with a focus on Electrical Engineering to join our team. This remote position offers you the opportunity to shape the future of aspiring professionals in the field of electrical engineering. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in creating an optimal learning environment and guiding students through their educational journey.

What You'll Do

• Act as a mentor for our trainees throughout their training period, providing guidance and support.
• Plan and deliver training content independently, aligning with the training framework while focusing on practical applications.
• Monitor the progress of your trainees, assist them with their training documentation, and keep track of their development.
• Develop and enhance our training processes, create modern learning formats, and design practical examination tasks that inspire enthusiasm for technology.
• Serve as a central point of contact for training representatives, vocational schools, and the Chamber of Commerce, ensuring smooth communication.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering with substantial practical experience.
• Possess the qualification to train apprentices according to AEVO or be willing to obtain it with our support.
• Proficient in handling electrical machines and systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey knowledge effectively to trainees, students, and adults.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and thrive in collaborative environments with active communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience in developing e-learning materials or digital training content.
• Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and methodologies.
• Previous experience in a training or educational role.
