What You'll Do

• Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals to promote BMS oncology products and facilitate the flow of information.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical information related to the products and therapeutic areas you are responsible for.
• Implement effective key account management strategies to target and segment customers based on their needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and reports to the team.
• Develop business plans for key customers, utilizing analytical skills to drive results.
• Collaborate with regional managers and team members to ensure alignment and execution of strategies.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to compliance and ethical standards in all activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a product sales representative, preferably in oncology.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to travel and meet with stakeholders regularly.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
