About the Role
Join Jet2 as a Test Lead in a remote capacity, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping our testing strategies and leading a talented team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Test Lead to contribute to our Application Development department, which focuses on delivering high-performance solutions across various platforms.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and approaches.
- Oversee test analysis, design, and execution across projects.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Drive defect management and root cause analysis.
- Act as the primary point of contact for testing-related communications.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of testers (manual and automation).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role.
- Strong understanding of test analysis, planning, and execution.
- Experience in defect management and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with BDD scripting and peer reviews.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and SQL.
Nice to Have
- Experience with programming languages like C#.
- Familiarity with test automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium.
