Territory Manager - Remote Sales Role

About the Role

We are seeking a Territory Manager remote to join our dynamic team at RB Global. As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing customer relationships across New South Wales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work from home while making a significant impact on our business.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively prospect and cold call new customers to generate sales.
  • Manage existing accounts and develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain the territory playbook and track sales activities.
  • Attend 4 to 6 auction sales per month to connect with customers and showcase our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Travel overnight approximately 5 to 7 days per month to cover the territory.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver customized solutions through presentations.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2 to 10 years of experience in a structured outside/field sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Experience in the equipment or construction industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to build and maintain authentic customer relationships.
  • Competitive nature without sacrificing integrity.
  • Ability to work primarily from a home office and on the road.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of multi-channel sales solutions.
