About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Email Deliverability Consultant to join Bloomreach's innovative team. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Europe while playing a crucial role in ensuring our email communications reach their intended audiences. You will be at the forefront of our email strategy, impacting numerous customers across various verticals in the e-commerce and retail sectors.

What You'll Do

• Master the Inbox: Take charge of email deliverability, ensuring that emails sent from our platform reach the inbox and not the spam folder.
• Monitor Performance: Establish monitoring and alerting systems for email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and bounce rates, optimizing processes for success.
• Stay Trendy: Keep abreast of email compliance trends and regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, ensuring our practices are up-to-date.
• Data Detective: Analyze data to identify issues affecting email deliverability and collaborate with vendors to find solutions.
• Technical Guru: Implement best practices for email authentication and security, working closely with the services team to guide customers.
• Collaborate with Product Teams: Work with product and engineering teams to suggest features that enhance personalized and effective email campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in email deliverability and inbox placement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to generate actionable insights.
• Technical proficiency in email scalability and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Adaptability and a growth mindset, willing to explore new technologies and business models.
