Technical Product Owner - Kubernetes Optimization (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the development of our Kubernetes optimization platform, PerfectScale. As a Technical Product Owner remote, you will leverage your expertise to enhance cloud performance and minimize costs for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead fast iteration and backlog management to translate strategic objectives into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to backlog refinement and sprint readiness, ensuring predictable delivery while fostering innovation.
• Utilize your hands-on DevOps experience to understand user workflows, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Engage with customers regularly to validate product ideas and gather feedback, ensuring alignment with user needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure product intent is maintained through implementation, focusing on UX, APIs, and operational behavior.
• Define success metrics for the product, tracking adoption, activation, and retention to measure outcomes effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience in agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and customers effectively.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps practices and workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
