Technical Specialist Apprentice - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Specialist Apprentice to join our team at InterSystems. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical support and software development within the healthcare sector. As a Technical Specialist Apprentice, you will assist in deploying and evolving health applications while collaborating with clients and technical partners.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical assistance for the deployment and evolution of InterSystems health applications.
• Collaborate with clients and functional specialists to address ongoing improvement requests.
• Develop and deliver technical support for software customizations, including WebServices, JavaScript, and data migrations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and performance analysis of related applications.
• Create training materials on technical topics such as custom system development and reporting.
• Participate in on-site technical implementations and training sessions.
• Produce technical documentation, including installation guides and user manuals.
• Engage in continuous learning to discover new technologies and applications.

Requirements

• Knowledge of web languages, particularly HTML and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and database methodologies.
• Ability to design and write technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of internet and intranet concepts.
• Proven experience in client-centered relationships.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct training and design training materials.
• Experience working in a multicultural team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with InterSystems technology and healthcare systems.
• Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Good command of English.
