Technical Solutions Manager - SaaS Platform
About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to join our team at YUVENDA, a leading SaaS company based in Munich. As a Technical Solutions Manager remote, you will play a pivotal role in managing our enterprise projects from requirements gathering to successful implementation. You will be the central interface between our major clients, management, and development teams.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary technical contact for enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements, translating them into structured user stories and actionable work packages.
- Plan and manage customization projects, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate between the development team, product management, and executive leadership.
- Conduct regular reporting to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress.
- Evaluate customer requirements for generalizability, determining whether they represent unique solutions or platform-wide features.
- Contribute to the product roadmap in collaboration with management, ensuring that customization decisions strengthen platform architecture.
- Assess technical feasibility of requirements and serve as a sparring partner for the development team on architectural and implementation decisions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (Technical Project Manager, Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant, etc.).
- Proven experience managing complex customer projects in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong technical understanding to facilitate discussions with developers regarding feasibility and architectural decisions.
- Experience in requirements management and creating user stories/specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate between management, development, product management, and clients.
- Structured and independent working style with a strong focus on results.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the cinema, entertainment, or events industry.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, cash register software, or point-of-sale solutions.
- Familiarity with web technologies and modern SaaS architectures (e.g., REST APIs, cloud infrastructure).
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and common project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Experience working with multi-location clients (cinema chains, branch operations).
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are a plus but not required.
