Technical Site Director - Construction Management

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Site Director to join our team remotely. As a Technical Site Director, you will be responsible for managing one or more projects independently, ensuring the entire execution of the contract is carried out efficiently. You will coordinate all direct and indirect resources to guarantee the successful completion of the work.

What You'll Do

• Analyze project plans and budgets to ensure feasibility and compliance.
• Calculate project costs and manage budgets through price analysis.
• Prepare work schedules and timelines for project execution.
• Coordinate material and labor needs with the purchasing department.
• Draft progress reports and financial statements with the accounting department's support.
• Ensure work progress aligns with company forecasts.
• Provide directives to site technicians and supervise site activities.
• Maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong technical background and proven experience in site management.
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with essential software applications.
• Experience in managing construction projects effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
