Technical Project Manager - AI Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team at Complexio, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering AI-driven solutions. As a Technical Project Manager remote, you will lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery of use cases within agreed timelines and scope.

What You'll Do

• Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery of use cases within agreed timelines and scope.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on business impact and customer needs.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from kickoff to completion, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and company standards.
• Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs to measure success.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including various pods, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver solutions.
• Track progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and map solutions to their needs.
• Translate customer use cases into actionable project plans, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with Complexio’s AI capabilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular check-ins, project updates, and post-implementation reviews to ensure value realization.
• Align internal teams and external partners on project objectives, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Coordinate with pod leads, tech managers, product, and customer success teams to remove blockers and optimize resource allocation.
• Escalate critical issues and dependencies to leadership as needed, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Establish and refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for efficient execution.
• Leverage agile methodologies where applicable, iterating on project deliverables based on feedback.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation of lessons learned from past projects.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in AI or tech-related fields.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI technologies and machine learning concepts is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer engagement and use case implementation.
• Familiarity with data science and engineering processes.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
