Technical Program Manager - Information Security (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for an outstanding Technical Program Manager to join AIS (Apple Information Security) PMO. As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead high-impact security initiatives with touch points across the entire company. This Technical Program Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to drive significant projects that enhance security measures within a globally recognized organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead large-scale security programs, coordinating multiple tracks of work to achieve program goals.
• Communicate program dependencies and impacts effectively within and outside the program.
• Partner with key customers to ensure alignment with AIS strategy.
• Implement mechanisms to measure the success of program outcomes.
• Utilize tools like Jira and Wrike to manage complex initiatives efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvements throughout the program lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve blocking issues and secure commitments.
• Deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders regarding program status and outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leading large-scale technology programs.
• Expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of a program, from planning to execution.
• Experience in a matrix environment, working with engineering managers and software developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead through ambiguity.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with information security domains and security fundamentals.
• Proven experience with tools such as Jira or Wrike.
• Ability to build positive relationships across multi-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of security architecture and secure design principles.
• Experience with data engineering programs related to Data Pipelines.
• CISSP and related security certifications.
• Agile and PMP certifications.
• Experience with Apple tools like Keynote, Pages, and Numbers.
