What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams to manage the integration of acquired companies into Onebrief’s operations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of integration milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with acquisition integration projects.
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the integration process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of acquisition integration processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
