What You'll Do

• Analyze the strategic impact of blockchain, smart contracts, and programmable cash on banking products, services, and processes.
• Support the development of business cases and roadmaps for digital asset adoption and innovation.
• Research market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity in digital finance and Web3.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and new product offerings.
• Contribute to the creation of presentations, case studies, and training materials to support knowledge sharing and informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date, preferably in a MINT topic.
