Corporate Communications Executive - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Communications Executive to join our dynamic team at Zilch. This remote position plays a crucial role in supporting our internal and external communications in the fast-paced fintech environment. As a Corporate Communications Executive, you will operationalize Zilch’s corporate narrative and maintain core messaging, ensuring that our communications channels and processes run smoothly across various stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Maintain integrated Corporate Communications plans that align with Zilch’s commercial priorities and corporate narrative.
• Create and manage core corporate messaging documents, Q&As, and background materials.
• Produce high-quality communications assets such as briefing documents and internal updates.
• Manage Zilch’s LinkedIn presence and content calendar, ensuring key corporate news is published and engagement is monitored.
• Support the development of blog/editorial processes, including schedules and evaluations of corporate content streams.
• Maintain the Corporate Communications and Public Affairs annual calendar, supporting weekly reviews and follow-through.
• Own the operational delivery of awards processes, from identifying opportunities to drafting submissions.
• Manage corporate communications assets and processes to ensure documents are current and accessible.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in an in-house communications role, ideally in UK fintech or financial services.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics into clear content.
• Digitally fluent, with experience managing corporate social channels and website content.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and agency partners.
• Strong interest in fintech and corporate communications.
• Good grasp of digital productivity tools including Microsoft Suite, Slack, and Miro.

Nice to Have

• Experience with In-Design and other design tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments in fintech.
• Previous experience in public affairs.
