Technical Director for Industrial Solutions - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Director for Industrial Solutions to join our dynamic team at IDOM. What You'll Do

• Develop technical solutions based on functional requirements.
• Coordinate and lead the development team to ensure project success.
• Review and approve code to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design effective systems.
• Interact with project managers to align on project goals and timelines.
• Manage the technical aspects of projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed throughout development.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Supervise technical documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Electronics, or Automation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial software development.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Proficient in agile and traditional methodologies, with expertise in tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA.
• Advanced knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
• Deep understanding of Siemens Opcenter Execution (desirable).
• Experience with Opcenter Core, Intelligence, and APS (desirable).
• Integration experience with ERP and SCADA systems (desirable).
• Strong skills in Java, C#, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
• Excellent teamwork and technical rigor.
• Fluent in English.
