Technical Delivery Manager - Government Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager remote to join our team, focusing on government projects. This role is pivotal in driving the end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital applications. You will work closely with Project Managers, ensuring that technical solutions are designed and implemented effectively. This is not a project manager role; instead, you will leverage your strong software development background to lead technical delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle technical delivery across digital programs.
• Manage resourcing, risks, schedules, and releases for various projects.
• Oversee data migration and enterprise system changes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, technical leads, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership to a multi-functional team, guiding them through complex enterprise IT landscapes.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes.
• Engage in progress reporting, change governance, and risk management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical solutions and updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in .NET development.
• At least 2 years in a similar role focused on technical delivery.
• Experience in developing solutions for complex enterprise IT landscapes, both on-premise and in hybrid cloud environments.
• Competency in technical project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing IT partners and vendors effectively.
• Familiarity with Sitecore and Dynamics CRM is a plus.
