Technical Customer Success Manager (German Speaking) - Remote
About the Role
Join Armis as a Technical Customer Success Manager (T.CSM) in a remote position, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve their strategic objectives while maximizing their investment in the Armis Platform. As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will engage with clients to help them navigate the complexities of cybersecurity, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of up to 30 accounts, guiding them through the customer lifecycle with Armis.
- Build strong relationships with customers, transitioning them smoothly from the PreSales phase to deployment.
- Collaborate with account teams to define success plans and strategies tailored to meet customer objectives.
- Lead customers through the implementation phase, delivering use cases and ensuring operational readiness.
- Monitor customer health and retention, driving satisfaction and adoption through effective communication and support.
- Report on customer risks and successes to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Gather and relay customer feedback on product issues and feature requests to the Armis product team.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to review progress, address issues, and communicate program status.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in post-sales or customer success.
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering or related fields.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with a focus on quick resolution.
- Solid project management experience, with a proven ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
- Experience in a Cyber Security SaaS organization is a plus.
- Familiarity with various security programs and technologies, including Endpoint, SOAR, and SIEM.
- B.S. in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of Linux Operating Systems and networking protocols.
- Experience with 3rd party solutions and integrations.
