Technical Consultant for Dynamics 365 FO - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Consultant for Dynamics 365 FO to join our team at Lamigraf. This remote position allows you to implement improvements and manage our corporate ERP system, D365FO, while collaborating with Microsoft partners for environment management and version updates through Lifecycle Services (LCS). You will report directly to the Corporate Head of IT, contributing to innovative projects in a dynamic work environment.

What You'll Do

  • Administer the D365FO system and its interfaces, including user management, security roles, and general maintenance.
  • Actively participate in corporate projects, including D365 deployments and enhancements.
  • Ensure effective, high-quality technical support for end-users.
  • Coordinate and manage version updates, including planning, execution, and testing.
  • Manage the Lifecycle Services (LCS) platform for Microsoft D365FO.
  • Integrate systems using web services and EDI.
  • Lead implementation, support, and improvement projects for F&O.
  • Independently manage and resolve incidents, serving as the primary internal contact with support from vendors and Key Users.
  • Propose enhancements and optimizations that add value to the business.
  • Ensure quality and compliance with established technical standards.

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&O projects.
  • Analytical skills, methodical approach, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluent spoken and written English – B2 or similar level.
  • Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps (pipelines).
  • Experience in integrations using web services and EDI.
  • Functional knowledge of any D365FO module.
  • Knowledge of X++ and Power Automate is a plus.
  • Technical analysis and programming experience in D365FO, especially in X++ language.
  • Ability to develop and maintain solutions in X++ and Power Automate flows.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of data entities, OData services, and custom APIs.
