About the Role

We are seeking a Team Manager Sales Support to lead our Sales Support team remotely. This role is crucial in ensuring operational excellence and driving success for our sales department. What You'll Do

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Sales Support or Sales Operations, ideally with leadership or project management experience.
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a solid understanding of sales processes.
• Analytical mindset for process improvement, trend identification, and operational excellence.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a solution-oriented approach in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive leadership style with a high service orientation, capable of motivating teams and demonstrating accountability.
