- Develop your team through targeted coaching and promote a culture of self-management focused on performance and quality.
Requirements
- Qualification as a Social Insurance Specialist or equivalent, ideally with a health economics qualification.
- Extensive experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in the medical aids field.
- Strong knowledge of the medical aids market, products, and legal frameworks.
- Experience in managing complex processes and project management.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on developing and motivating distributed teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with IT systems in the medical aids sector.
