What You'll Do

• Advise clients on legal and labor issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Address service problems and incidents promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with collaborators to secure their commitment.
• Ensure all collaborators meet the client's profile requirements.
• Conduct interviews, select, evaluate, assign, and hire candidates that fit client profiles.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor service satisfaction through quality questionnaires sent to active services.
• Ensure all work aligns with company values, ethical codes, and brand attributes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent consulting or recruitment.
