Tailor for High Fashion - Remote Position

About the Role

Rosa Clará is seeking a skilled Tailor for High Fashion to join our team remotely. As a Tailor, you will be responsible for high-quality alterations and ensuring that our exquisite garments meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

• Perform alterations on dresses while adhering to established timelines.
• Support advisors in the fitting room by managing and reviewing dresses received from the central office to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with the workshop manager or store director to organize timely alterations.
• Conduct pressing tasks to maintain garment quality.
• Review and prepare garments for delivery to clients.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in tailoring and proficiency with various sewing machines and tools, including flat, overlock, and coverstitch machines.
• Ability to repair, place, and/or substitute all types of fasteners (buttons, zippers, boning, etc.).
• Formal training in cutting and sewing.
• Previous experience with bridal wear, evening gowns, or similar garments is a plus.
• A responsible, solution-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality.

• Experience in high fashion tailoring.
