Systems Technical Profile - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Systems Technical Profile to join our IT team at OffshoreTech. This role offers a unique opportunity for a Systems Administrator to work in a dynamic environment while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As a Systems Technical Profile, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our corporate technological infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of systems, and providing user support.

What You'll Do

• Administer Azure Active Directory and manage identities and access using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configure, prepare, and deploy corporate equipment to meet company needs.
• Maintain and manage users, groups, and Organizational Units (OUs) in Active Directory.
• Handle Exchange and Microsoft 365 account management.
• Perform basic management of virtualization environments using VMware.
• Resolve incidents on devices running Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS.
• Provide basic support in Networking and network electronics.
• Monitor and manage software updates in Windows environments.
• Configure and maintain network printers.
• Centralize antivirus management and assist with Help Desk tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training in Computer Systems Administration or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• English proficiency: B2 or equivalent.
• Microsoft certifications (MD-102, AZ-104, MS-900, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience with device management tools (Intune, Autopilot, etc.).
• Knowledge of automation or scripting (PowerShell).
• Problem-solving skills, user orientation, and good communication abilities.
