System Designer - Remote Opportunity in iGaming

About the Role

Join BrainRocket as a System Designer and play a pivotal role in shaping our design systems for the iGaming industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with a talented team dedicated to creating innovative tech products. As a System Designer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our design systems, ensuring they are modern, scalable, and aligned with current trends.

What You'll Do

• Create and continuously update our design systems to maintain their relevance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with other designers, potentially mentoring them to ensure a consistent design approach across all tools.
• Integrate feedback from the UX team and stakeholders to enhance our design systems.
• Design creative solutions for A/B testing and experiments across digital platforms.
• Partner with Product Owners to define business requirements and collaborate with researchers for insights.
• Analyze test results and user feedback in collaboration with analytics teams to iterate and refine designs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• 3+ years of experience working on or managing design systems.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android.
• Excellent understanding of Figma, including its tokens and autolayouts.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and the basics of client-server architecture.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills, with a keen eye for detail in visual design and brand consistency.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team with a low-ego, high-impact mindset.
• Engineering mindset, applying systematic, analytical thinking to design and refine scalable, integrated solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
