Support Developer (G3) - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Developer (G3) remote to join our dynamic team at Quantios. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers using Quantios G3. With over 30 years of experience in the FinTech sector, we pride ourselves on our ability to meet client challenges globally. As a Support Developer (G3) remote, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and technical support.

What You'll Do

• Investigate customer-reported issues and recommend resolution options.
• Liaise with customers via telephone and desktop sharing to assist in issue investigation.
• Ensure compliance with agreed customer service levels.
• Manage and maintain the accuracy of tickets logged in our centralized service desk.
• Document detailed recreation steps for issues and provide relevant information, including business impact.
• Develop enhancements based on customer requests and perform QA for resolved issues.
• Participate in on-call/shift arrangements as required.
• Exceed customer expectations and contribute to overall satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, application support, or application development.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead conversations and handle customer needs effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a pragmatic approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Technical background in iSeries (OS400) and COBOL.
• Experience with Visual Basic 6, Java, and RPG is beneficial.
• Practical experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly in Wealth Management.
