People Business Partner - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a People Business Partner to join our team at ARMEDANGELS. This remote People Business Partner role is a strategic position where you will collaborate closely with our leadership teams across various departments including Marketing, Supply Chain, Creative, and Impact & Innovation. You will play a critical role in translating business objectives into effective people strategies, ensuring our culture is not only maintained but actively developed.

What You'll Do

• Act as a strategic partner for leadership, guiding them through the entire employee lifecycle.
• Oversee key HR initiatives such as Leadership Principles, onboarding programs, and the Code of Conduct.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruiting and onboarding process.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and continuously improve processes and tools.
• Collaborate with marketing on employer branding to enhance our company’s reputation as a desirable workplace.

Requirements

• A degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR or Business Partner role, preferably in a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, employee relations, and modern HR practices.
• Experience with HR systems and a solid understanding of HR analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in sustainable business practices or working in the fashion industry.
• Familiarity with hybrid work models and flexible working arrangements.
