What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations in the front of house, ensuring high standards of service.
• Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage guest relations, addressing any concerns with charm and professionalism.
• Assist in the development of the team through ongoing training and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• WSET level 2/3 or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a seafood restaurant or knowledge of seafood.
• First Aid certification.
• Experience with staff training and development.
