Student Software Developer - DevOps Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Student Software Developer with a focus on DevOps to join our team at Compleo Charging Solutions. As a Student Software Developer, you will work closely with our software developers to create and test software modules for electric vehicle charging technology. What You'll Do

• Develop software modules based on requirements in close collaboration with software developers.
• Create and execute software tests and functional checks on AC and DC charging stations for electric vehicles.
• Design, build, and implement manual and semi-automated testing systems.
• Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive test reports.
• Contribute to the development of test environments (HIL and SIL).

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in electric mobility and technology.
• High level of teamwork, initiative, and reliability.
• Practical skills and a passion for tinkering, experimenting, and solving technical problems.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style combined with logical thinking.
• Advanced knowledge in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., Python, C, C++), as well as proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of both German and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with electric vehicle charging systems.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
