Product Manager - FinTech (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager - FinTech (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Allegro. In this role, you will have a direct impact on products used daily by millions of customers. You will develop innovative solutions where e-commerce intersects with accounting and credit solutions, making your mark in the FinTech industry.

What You'll Do

• Full ownership of product vision, roadmaps, and timelines, managing the delivery of features and enhancements.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into functionalities.
• Conduct market and user research to ensure technical feasibility aligns with the product roadmap.
• Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure clarity.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with engineers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements

• Practical experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in technology.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, including C-level executives, with strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating business requirements into technology solutions.
• Passion for technology and modern tools, such as Agentic AI, to automate tasks and refine services.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2) and Polish (minimum C1).

Nice to Have

• Experience in agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHub.
• Familiarity with financial products and services.
