As a Hindi Games Tester, you will be responsible for identifying linguistic bugs and ensuring that every word, phrase, and line resonates with players. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for gaming.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with talented testers, translators, and developers to report issues clearly and ensure they are resolved.
• Act as a guardian of language, ensuring that every aspect of the game feels natural, accurate, and culturally appropriate.
• Utilize Universally Speaking's LQA methods to test games, ensuring that every detail is accounted for.
• Document and track linguistic issues using professional bug databases, verifying that fixes meet quality standards.
• Progress from a tester to a trusted LQA expert, mastering the full testing cycle from start to finish.
• Write and refine test cases, documenting findings and setting best practices in LQA.
• Work closely with developers and fellow testers to shape the localization testing process.
• Continuously seek smarter, faster, and better ways to optimize workflows and improve quality.

Requirements

• Fluent in Hindi and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• A passion for gaming and an understanding of how games sound, look, and feel.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable using databases, spreadsheets, and testing tools, as well as MS Office.
• Eligibility to work in Spain, as this role requires onsite presence.

Nice to Have

• Experience in LQA, translation, or proofreading.
• Familiarity with translation systems and test case management tools.
• Understanding of gaming trends and culture.
• A degree in linguistics or a related field.
