Business Analyst - Data & AI Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst - Data & AI Focus (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Talan. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our clients can leverage data effectively. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable user stories, making a significant impact on our clients' data transformation journeys.

What You'll Do

• Gather and analyze business requirements to create clear specifications.
• Develop feasibility studies to assess project viability.
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and project meetings to drive collaboration.
• Write functional specifications and define testing strategies.
• Monitor project deliverables, testing phases, and deployment processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or AMOA in a Data development context.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion).
• Experience with database management (SQL) and cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
