Student Assistant in Logistics & Supply Chain Management - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Student Assistant in Logistics & Supply Chain Management to join our team remotely. This position is ideal for students who want to gain practical insights into logistics and supply chain management while studying. As a Student Assistant, you will support our logistics team in daily operations, contributing to the efficiency of our processes.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the release of orders in the ERP system (D365).
• Track import and shipping orders, including document management.
• Maintain goods receipt lists and item master data.
• Perform general administrative tasks in the logistics and supply chain management area.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline logistics processes.

Requirements

• Enrolled student, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Structured and reliable working style.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Good command of English is desirable.
• Interest in logistics processes and international goods flows.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
