About the Role
We are looking for a Student Assistant in Logistics & Supply Chain Management to join our team remotely. This position is ideal for students who want to gain practical insights into logistics and supply chain management while studying. As a Student Assistant, you will support our logistics team in daily operations, contributing to the efficiency of our processes.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the release of orders in the ERP system (D365).
- Track import and shipping orders, including document management.
- Maintain goods receipt lists and item master data.
- Perform general administrative tasks in the logistics and supply chain management area.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline logistics processes.
Requirements
- Enrolled student, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Structured and reliable working style.
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Good command of English is desirable.
- Interest in logistics processes and international goods flows.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
