Strategic Procurement Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Procurement Manager to join our team at PharmaSGP. This remote Strategic Procurement Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our supplier management initiatives and enhance our procurement strategies. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for negotiating terms, coordinating supplier qualifications, and driving strategic projects in collaboration with our procurement team and brand managers.

What You'll Do

• Expand our supplier management by acquiring new partners and maintaining existing relationships.
• Lead negotiations on terms and coordinate supplier qualification with our quality assurance team.
• Manage global supplier sourcing and oversee strategic projects with the procurement team.
• Develop and implement sustainable supplier strategies focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and supply security.
• Build procurement reporting and KPI analyses to derive actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• A completed degree or training in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Relevant experience in strategic procurement, demonstrating your expertise.
• Proficient in Excel, utilizing it effectively for data analysis.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1) and proficient in English (minimum B2).
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, initiative, goal orientation, and a structured working style.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with procurement software tools.
• Project management experience.
