About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Finance Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Alt. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the financial strategies that drive our growth. As a Strategic Finance Manager, you will leverage your expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic planning to provide insights that influence key business decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present management reporting materials for executive leadership.
  • Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to analyze financial data and trends.
  • Drive operational performance improvements through data-driven decision-making.
  • Support capital markets activities, including funding strategy and investor relations.
  • Contribute to the development of growth analytics and revenue operations strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a strategic finance or FP&A role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or sales operations is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in investment banking or capital markets.
  • Familiarity with growth marketing and GTM campaigns.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
