Subject Matter Expert - Integration (SAP FICO) Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Subject Matter Expert - Integration (SAP FICO) remote to join our dynamic team at KUKA Group. As a leader in automation and robotics, KUKA offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our global operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting end-to-end finance SAP (S/4 HANA) rollouts, ensuring successful implementations that align with our financial business needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead the core project team in coordinating and implementing SAP financial solutions.
• Assess financial business needs and requirements for SAP integration.
• Understand local and IFRS FI requirements to ensure compliance during migrations.
• Prepare financial statements and migration files for open items and fixed assets.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, FICO IT, and stakeholders to ensure successful data reconciliation.
• Participate in SAP enhancement projects, developing tools and functions that support operational needs.
• Engage in process design and improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to compile and analyze data and reports effectively.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent knowledge in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• 5-10 years of experience working with SAP (S/4 HANA) FICO.
• Strong understanding of finance processes (RTR, PTP, OTC).
• Excellent MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in multinational matrix organizations is preferred.
• Knowledge of tax and indirect tax processes is an advantage.
• Experience with e-invoicing solutions is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with SAP enhancement projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
