Talent Acquisition Specialist - EMEA (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Coherent Corp. This remote Talent Acquisition Specialist position will play a crucial role in leading our end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across the EMEA region. You will partner with regional and global stakeholders to build scalable, data-driven, and inclusive hiring practices that support business growth and workforce planning.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and drive all aspects of talent acquisition delivery across the EMEA region, supporting both professional and operational hiring needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on hiring strategy, market conditions, and talent risks.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience and strong hiring manager engagement across the region.
• Contribute to the design, build, and ongoing evolution of the global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, technology, and ways of working.
• Establish and track meaningful TA metrics to inform decision-making.
• Partner with Employer Branding and Communications teams to strengthen the organisation’s talent brand across EMEA markets.
• Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into hiring strategies and recruitment practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading talent acquisition at a regional or global level, ideally across Sweden.
• Strong stakeholder management skills within complex, matrixed organisations.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using insights and metrics to inform hiring decisions.
• Knowledge of diverse EMEA labor markets and hiring practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience working within or contributing to a Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence model.
• Fluency in Swedish.
