About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Privacy Specialist - Swedish to join our team at Teleperformance. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and protecting customer data. As a Privacy Specialist, you will work closely with various departments to implement privacy policies and procedures that align with legal requirements.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and audits to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy considerations into business processes.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on privacy best practices and compliance requirements.
• Monitor changes in privacy laws and regulations and update company policies accordingly.
• Act as a point of contact for privacy-related inquiries and issues.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory authorities as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Privacy Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of GDPR and privacy regulations.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with data protection impact assessments and compliance audits.
• Relevant certifications in privacy or data protection (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM) are a plus.
