About the Role

We are seeking a Regional People Partnering Manager to provide comprehensive HR support across Poland and Sweden. This remote opportunity allows you to work closely with line managers, ensuring effective HR practices while managing a team member in Poland. You will play a crucial role in shaping our people strategies and enhancing employee engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Provide expert advice on HR topics, from hiring to offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to meet recruitment needs effectively.
  • Develop people strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on recruitment, retention, and performance.
  • Coach line managers on HR policies and best practices to foster a supportive workplace.
  • Work with the Learning and Development team to implement relevant training programs.
  • Ensure high-quality transactional HR services through collaboration with the global Shared Service Centre.
  • Utilize employee data to address people issues and improve retention rates.
  • Monitor employment legislation in Poland and Sweden, proposing necessary actions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role within a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish employment legislation; familiarity with Swedish laws is a plus.
  • Experience working with both white-collar and blue-collar environments.
  • Ability to lead change management projects and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions based on data.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and build constructive relationships.
  • Professional HR qualification/certification.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in matrixed operating models.
  • Knowledge of HR databases and systems.
  • Willingness to travel to other Ocado locations.
