We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team at Red Bull Technology. This remote Commercial Manager role is pivotal in driving our commercial growth and securing innovative partnerships that set Oracle Red Bull Racing (ORBR) apart in the competitive motorsport industry. What You'll Do

• Drive the sales pipeline by developing new leads and securing meetings with prospective partners at senior levels.
• Support the Head of Commercial in evaluating existing contracts and working towards renewals.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create tailored sales materials and proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all sales and business development contacts and activities.
• Assist in closing partnership deals, including negotiation of commercial terms.
• Develop strong relationships with agency contacts to convert leads into partnerships.
• Conduct research into potential partnership prospects and revenue-generating business models.
• Analyze key data and insights to support the sales process.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Sales, Partnerships, or Marketing role.
• Proven track record of closing partnership agreements.
• Highly experienced in creating outstanding sales proposals and literature.
• Strong negotiation skills and comfortable working to stringent targets.
• Competency in analyzing data and insights.
• Knowledge of monetizing data and diversifying revenue is desirable.
• Experience working with properties beyond sport, such as art, culture, music, and lifestyle.
• An enviable network of contacts in the industry.
